Background

When I Started: Jan 2012
HOW I STARTED:

Always been an athlete. I played tennis on a pro. level for 6+ years. I also love to run, I've done the San Francisco Marathon and numerous half marathons.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Love fitness, love to push myself, love to set new challenges. Cardio is very easy for me but lifting is difficult. I'm nervous about proper form and I can't lift very much so I get shy in the gym.

Goals

So, I don't usually write personal posts on here but lately I've had a lot of compliments on my progress (thank you) and I'm 45 days into my first-ever consistant weight training program. Since a lot of people ask me about my goals, I thought I'd write them down here. 


When I started this program, I think a major motivation for me was a guy. I wanted him to like me, to think I was pretty, and he loves fitness models! I've never been overweight and I've always being relatively pretty, trim, and fit. Long hours (I'm a first year medical student) and lack of consistant sleep
