Background
Always been an athlete. I played tennis on a pro. level for 6+ years. I also love to run, I've done the San Francisco Marathon and numerous half marathons.
Love fitness, love to push myself, love to set new challenges. Cardio is very easy for me but lifting is difficult. I'm nervous about proper form and I can't lift very much so I get shy in the gym.

Posted in Training : Mar 20, 2012 6:58amSo, I don't usually write personal posts on here but lately I've had a lot of compliments on my progress (thank you) and I'm 45 days into my first-ever consistant weight training program. Since a lot of people ask me about my goals, I thought I'd write them down here.
When I started this program, I think a major motivation for me was a guy. I wanted him to like me, to think I was pretty, and he loves fitness models! I've never been overweight and I've always being relatively pretty, trim, and fit. Long hours (I'm a first year medical student) and lack of consistant sleep
