I really haven't ever totally stopped for the last 10 years, but August is the beginning of a new round of bodybuilding and the CKD.
Why I Love It:
Because nothing beats a hard lifting session while listening to Slayer.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to have a healthy and happy body. I would like to be 150 pounds and 15% bodyfat within the next year and a half, whatever that ends up looking like. I really don't know since I have been heavy for most of my life.

You're doing great! Keep on updating us! I just finished my first week on keto. Haven't lost much weight. Only about 2 pounds. However, all my friends and my boyfriend feel I am much tighter. I only get into moderate or small ketosis, not quite large. Not sure why. My carbs have not been over 30g a day. Do you have any advice, I know you've been on this type of program longer.

Thanks and congrats on your progress, looks like you are doing great! Good luck with the CKD. I did it for about 7 weeks at the end of a contest and it was fun for a change.
