I have been a competitive runner for 12+ yrs, so it kind of came naturally for me to get started.
Why I Love It:
I love looking good and feeling good. "staying fit for life is my motto" no matter where I am in my journey through life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a very visual person, so I tend to visualize myself as though I am already there, which is a great motivator for me

I can see form how you hold your body that you have a dance background, cool! You should do it, I'm training to do fitness, it's not that big here in the UK so I have a good chance of it...
