I have been a competitive runner for 20+ yrs, so it kind of came naturally for me to get started.
Why I Love It:
I love looking good and feeling good. "staying fit for life is my motto" no matter where I am in my journey through life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a very visual person, so I tend to visualize myself as though I am already there, which is a great motivator for me
BB Accomplishments:
I entered my first figure comp in Oct 2007 and prevailed overall. My second comp was just recent at the Alaska state championships and end up winning overall there as well. I am continually moving forward. The Emerald cup is next, along with "Future of Fitness" in Oxygen Mag. I have also been training for the Olympic 800meters off and on,as well as my first figure competition.

It is always important first to make your goals clear to yourself as well as others. You put the thought and vision out there and it is most likely to happen

So I just got done with my second of 10 series of rolfing with my rolfer who is also one of my clients that i train. I have decided not to compete this fall because of the fact that my body has been out of alignment. Actually there is a lot to this story. I use to be a mild stutterer up...
