I have been a competitive runner for 12+ yrs, so it kind of came naturally for me to get started.
Why I Love It:
I love looking good and feeling good. "staying fit for life is my motto" no matter where I am in my journey through life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a very visual person, so I tend to visualize myself as though I am already there, which is a great motivator for me

Hey Pauline! Training has been going well. Thanks for asking :) I'm 6 days out from my 3rd show this year. Its a National Competition so I'm a bit nervous but very excited as well. I'm looking forward to the offseason so I can work on building more muscle. My arms need some attention :) Love your new profile pic! :)
unfortunatly yes I am on call, but I am about to get out of here around 1:00pm I am just taking a break right now but with football on when I get home I'm guessing there will be no sleep for me, I just hope I don't get called in again tonite! well have a great weekend and don't do anything I wouldn't do! lol

Trainning is going very well. I started my diet a little earlier than normal. I havnt done a show since 1989. I want to start doing shows in the Masters April 2010. I want to make sure that i am at 10-12% bf by Jan. By looking at your pics your work out is definately working very very well.
