I have been a competitive runner for 20+ yrs, so it kind of came naturally for me to get started.
Why I Love It:
I love looking good and feeling good. "staying fit for life is my motto" no matter where I am in my journey through life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a very visual person, so I tend to visualize myself as though I am already there, which is a great motivator for me

how do u use coconut oil. ive been using it on my skin for quite a while but ive been doing research and found that its good for cooking to, but some disagree.
