How I Started:
I quit smoking and realized how unhealthy I was overall - time to make a change. I picked-up a dumbbell and never looked back!
Why I Love It:
I enjoy kicking my own @ss.
How I Stay Motivated:
I picture how I WILL look as long as I maintain focus and keep working hard.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not having a plan. Instinctive training is fantastic! But should only be used by advaced trainers.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Stick to the basics! Compound lifts rule! Be consistent with your workouts! If you're not going to give 100% to your diet and nutrition, you're wasting your time.
