When I Started: Jan, 2006
How I Started: I've been exercising on and off for years now. I've never seen the results that I had been looking for due to the fact that I would fall off track at the drop of a hat. At first, I felt that I could only go to the gym if I had a partner, now I've finally snapped out of it and realized that it's all up to ME. I started the Body for Life challenge back on January 8, 2007. So far, I'm loving it!
Why I Love It: Results...It makes me feel so good! I love it when people notice the changes too. The soreness that I feel the next day is also something that I look forward to. (Yes, I'm crazy.) It makes me feel like I had a great workout the day before. :-)
How I Stay Motivated: Staying in contact with others that have common goals. The Body for Life trackers and now bodyspace.
