I want to be 195-205, with a roughly 10% bodyfat, preferably a little less. I also want to be repping a minimum of 205 on the bench, and 315 squats, along with hang cleaning 185 pounds.

man, i just started out as soon as i got my license. i had played football before just so i could use their weightroom, and i liked lifting more than football. my ex got me to go as soon as i got the license, train for 6 or 7months and made a great lifelong friend. he got me into bodybuilding, he competes in the masters div.
That's cool. Good luck with that. The team I'm playing for isn't in a league. It's more like a hobby team but we play competitive games and tournaments. Hopefully in the near future we can form a league of some sort. But I play in Germany and we play against German, French, and Luxembourg teams mosttly. Once a year we play a tournament against other military teams. I wish I played in high school.

Ya I was a goalie... Im not playing anymore because I had surgery on both of my knees and they really bother me and I have arthritis in my back. I was really good though before I stopped... Dont worry man, just have fun and play hard. What are you playing? Juniors, minor hockey what? Have a good one man.
