Day 1 - Chest/Abs

Day 2 - Legs/Calves

Day 3 - Arms/HIIT (if up to it)

Day 4 - Shoulders/Abs

Day 5 - Back/Calves

Day 6 - Rest/HIIT (if up to it)

Day 7 - Rest

REPEAT

Depending on how I feel 3-5 Excersises per bodypart, 3-4 Sets per Excersise, fourth set is normally a dropset.

How are ya man? I am good! I had to stop training for health reasons but I am getting back into it hardcore next week ,, lifting, swimming and running! still gunning for 8-10bf% and ripped-ness.

Things are going well .... first day back in the gym after month off ... same routine new passion and new partner ...so getting back at it hardcore...aded about 5lbs of bad weight but not bad for a month of slacking. Thanks for the support! Hitting it hard I want 8% bf and defined abs and chest. How are you?

man, i just started out as soon as i got my license. i had played football before just so i could use their weightroom, and i liked lifting more than football. my ex got me to go as soon as i got the license, train for 6 or 7months and made a great lifelong friend. he got me into bodybuilding, he competes in the masters div.

That's cool. Good luck with that. The team I'm playing for isn't in a league. It's more like a hobby team but we play competitive games and tournaments. Hopefully in the near future we can form a league of some sort. But I play in Germany and we play against German, French, and Luxembourg teams mosttly. Once a year we play a tournament against other military teams. I wish I played in high school.

Ya I was a goalie... Im not playing anymore because I had surgery on both of my knees and they really bother me and I have arthritis in my back. I was really good though before I stopped...
