Get my body in shape for USAF Basic Military Training and lose 10 lbs.
Goal (Long):
Gain strength and get in shape for USAF basic military traing. I have 3-5 months before I leave for basic and I want to be able to pass all the physical tests with no problem. I'm aiming to lose 5-10 pounds also for the heigh/weight requirements.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%
