Just want to make a serious change with my body shape. I've been hooked to this web site for about three months just sitting back watching and listening to all of the wonderful transformations that have taken place. Now it's my turn!
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the pumped feeling after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and children. Pictures of my current body keep me motivated as well!
BB Accomplishments:
Just getting started is a major accomplishment for me.
I need help staying motivated. I 'll do good for two to three weeks and after that I fall flat on my face. I work out at home of course by myself so staying motivated through the workout can be difficult at times.
No dude, I don't have a thread of the workout. My workouts change all the time. You can even check out abcbodybuilding.com for a variety of training routines. I haven't used any from there yet but will probably check that out later when I join a gym again. Right now, I workout at home with a Prospot.
Hey MJ. It's just basically eating clean with no junk food. No sweet, nothing processed. Foods such as grilled chicken breast (no skin), tuna, salads (no dressing but red wine vinegar), ezekiel bread, whey protein shakes, sweet potato, broccoli or other greens. I keep my protein high, my carbs moderate, and my fat low. That and working out 6 days a week with cardio 3 times a week in the mornings before breakfast.
