I eat a lot! I record everything i eat, and i stay at about 1200 to 1500 cals a day. And hope you have a great week new friend!

thanks! you are my first comment! woo hoo! Um, i really dont do much for my abs, Its from my diet i think. But i do do ball crunches and leg lifts. They could be better. hey, thanks for commenting by the way!
