Not much progress visibly, but much stronger and fitter. All photos for a good while will be relaxed, dont wanna tense up to look bigger. Still lower ab podge!!

Ok - not a progress pic, but my training over all these years mean I will still to my goals, I will never quit, I know I can push way beyond my 'limits' and I not afraid of HARD work! This combined with a great plan from Steve P means I know I'm gonna exceed my goals this year! Not gonna be easy, but I WILL DO IT! :D

Not the best photo, but BF% is the same, but I've added a few KGs of weight! As you can see - I'm all legs, so I'll have to work hard to get them to look in proportion! I will get there!

Not pumped up im afraid - only sparring and bag work tonight! Cant SEE any change to my physique, but I'm improving my performance a lot - faster, more powerful - everything is better!

Not sure I've made much progres size & shape wise, but I can now know out 3 sets of 8 weighted pull-ups (could only do a single set of 3 in january)!

Legs seem to be getting a tiny bit bigger - there much stronger, but they've always been powerful and explosive - I have a very high vertical jump and fast footwork - my flying kick avi is a REAL jump - most people thing I'm on a trampoline, or its fake for some reason?!! I'm not that sad and havent got the time, lol! Legs are really long with a shorter torso, so hard to add size to get them in proportion!

I can do plenty of dead-hang pull ups, but my back doesnt look that great! :( I will start to add some weight, to build more strength.

I've had a bit of an injured left Bicep and man flu to contend with, so have been keeping away from the iron for a couple of weeks. Still been training MMA and doing light bodyweight tabatas. Managed to shift 1/2% of bodyfat. Not much, but at least its going in the right direction! :)

Cant lift any heavy iron, due to left bicep injury. Will be back soon though and will focus on my abs and legs until I can hit upper body again. The abs need sorting anyway, so maybe its a blessing! :)

Letting my bicep injury heal, so no lifting. Worried I might lose muscle, but I just have to gian it back if it happens. Will keep active and keep the protein intake fairly high.
