Je sais pas trop lol , jai jamais été vraiment gros, alors , mais le cardio aide à perdre du poids , mais tu pèse 168 tu dois pas en avoir beaucoup a perdre (gras)

LOL...because I dropped out of site 13 years ago to take care of my critically ill daughter. She died this year and I have in my 2nd month of a comeback. Not sure if I can make it being 41 now...maybe a career gone by, but I have no regrets...I would give it all up again for just one more day with her. Thanks for the compliment! Jeff Christian

I use weights for all of my abbdominal exercises. For my obliques I do hanging leg raises, medicine ball twist, and dumbell decline bench twist.

strength is coming great. thanks for asking. I havent actually tested it lately to see what my new 1 rep maxes are or anything but I do know that I have to raise my lbs up every week on the bowflex. I need to invest in some free weights tho. It is amazing to feel the muscle move in my back whenever I move my arms. Never felt that with all the flab. still I would like to lose about 30 more lbs.

thanks for the comment. I know what its like to lose family. I have lost mother father grandma and niece because of unhealthy eating. I have had a stroke myself so it is time to kick it in the ass.
