Background

When I Started: Dec 2006
HOW I STARTED:

It was time to make that change. I made a decision to start. Once I did, I saw a p90x commercial on tv one nite, ordered it, and started Bringin it. I am now on my path to total transformation.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Its empowering, and I feel totally spiritually uplifted whenever I do my work out each day. It balances my life. I feel more keen and sharper when I work out and eat right.

My Motivation Program

I try to keep myself surrounded by other people that are goal oriented like me. It helps to stay focused on my goal. I also stay on my websites with other people changeing their lives as well. I stay close to God, and talk to him to help lead me in the right directions. I talk to myself . Uplift myself, and tell myself to do it. I work at it everyday, but I work to make my spirit be the leader of my body. My body always says no, and my spirit is the one that makes me say , Yes we are working out.
