How I Started:
Was always feeling tired, my belly is getting uncomfortably big, and I would need to take a breather after going up two flights of stairs. Yea, it was time to start working out.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. After a workout, that nice "burn" that you feel is awesome, and the light soreness lets me know that I worked hard. I feel better, wake up in the morning more easily, and I know I'm going to look better soon, too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I go to the gym with my wife. We bike to our local gym, and whether it's freezing cold and raining or hot as an oven, we're committed to going. I just keep thinking about how much better I feel doing it than not doing it. At this point, I don't even need to try to motivate myself, I like going.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, my biggest accomplishment is getting back into doing squats. Haven't done 'em in years.

Goal (Long):
First, my biggest goal is to eliminate my belly fat. Through building up muscle by weight-lifting, I hope to create a body that burns more fat and in the process burns off the extra belly weight.
Then, my goal is to look and feel better via working out, keeping my body in better shape and getting a bit of tone.

My challenge recently has been just getting started. It's only been a little over two weeks into our program, and my wife and I have totally revamped out diet and have eliminated a lot of junk. We're eating healthier, and more (smaller) meals throughout the day.
