Review: Ok, it was my first Pre-work out and it does NOTHING for me. I know everyone is different but for me it's zippo. It tastes really good besides that I am just trying to finish the bottle so i can buy something else. I guess I will have to try something a little stronger of me. I will say try to get a sample first or get a very small packet of it first. I will give it a 5 because i will assume it gave me that one extra push i needed to finish a set.
