How I Started:
I have always been an active person... I enjoy playing sports with friends. I remember also when I was in high school, that was the first time I touched a weight... A friend of mine lent me some 10-15 lbs dumbbells and I was doing a bunch of exercises with them plus some pushups - situps. I began more seriously with weight training at the end of my "cegep" years... and since them, I'm addicted like most of you to this sport !
Why I Love It:
Because it gives me confidence, allow me to stay healthy and fit and because I love having an athletic body
How I Stay Motivated:
Mainly by the miroir and by increased performances in sports.
