Diet: Shake immediately after each workout.
High protein: Eat lots of: eggs, cottage cheese, salmon, chicken breasts etc

ajcummings The fluctuations in weight from about 172 - 179 over the year...are you taking creatine? I'm 3 months away from my 1st year at this, and it's hard to put on the weight.
