I have always been in pretty decent shape and my parents have always worked out and stayed healthy so when I was old enough to start lifting I started going and never stopped. I began my junior year in high school weighing 120 lbs. I used to use my mom's weights and got a bench and began doing basic lifts. I started to see results and was addicted.,now I'm at 174lbs and I still lift as hard as I can 4-6x per week. It's just too much fun.
Why I Love It:
Makes you look and feel fantastic.
It also payed off big time when I broke my left tibia and had to get a rod put through it in January '09. (I hit a tree in Winter park Colorado snowboarding haha) It made getting around on crutches much easier because my arms and upper body were more than up to the task of lugging the rest of me around. Bodybuilding 4 life!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Life is too short to be weak. I like to look my best and the benefits are awesome.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet besides personal accomplishments.
