How I Started:
It was as easy as stepping on the scale one morning and realizing that I reached 200 pounds.
Why I Love It:
In such a short amount of time I've been able to see changes in my body and in my energy levels.
How I Stay Motivated:
After recently being diagnosed with PCOS I know that I need to continue to push myself everyday to keep my symptoms under control!

I fit into a size 14 this morning! Haven't been able to do that since highschool!
Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to be a stronger more athletic person and to transform my body. From the day I stepped on the scale and saw I was 200 pounds I have been working hard to get to my ideal body. I would love to get down to 160 pounds and be able to be proud of my body. I'm also looking forward to lowering my body fat percentage and gaining strength with dedicated training.

Besides me stripping and getting totally butt ass naked on the wkends lol I do alot of tailgating during college football time! Husker football is HUGE here and something we look forward to allllllll year lol water like that would be sweet! All we have are lakes which are alot of fun, I love beaches so one day :) do you like to drink at all? I have to know if I can get ya drunk or not?? Lol

Bikini Just for me is good :) I'm holdng it to ya and I'll get a box and ship myself down there :). would love to swim right now, didn't take full advantage of my summer :( What do yiu like to do on wkends when not busy? Get all crazy:)

It is too cold but maybe bikini just for me. :). 50lbs or not I don't care lol. Iwish it was warm enough but dangit lol. Send your self next summer and I'll show you a good time lol. I wonder why just recent from being in FL? Hmm

Hey!! First I want to say your progress is great, keep it up :) I usually do an upper/Lower split with lots of big exercises. I think pull ups have done such wonderful things for my upper body!! Also I do various push ups which can easily be degressed or progressed depending on your ability. Dumbbell bench, bent over rows and overhead presses as well :)
