Day 5 feeling the motivation
Posted in Other : Apr 28, 2012 1:15pmI may not always feel the motivation to go the gym and even sometimes on my way to the gym I find myself coming up with excuses to go do other things that I think is important BUT thats just it... I AM important and need to make this a way of life more and more every day. So I get to the gym and decided, well I just need to do some cardio, once on the treadmill out of no where I get this desire to start running faster and harder just to beat my own time. First mile was okay but then on my second mile I just run faster to beat the last mile of course I do this in an interval styl
