Rehab, reboot, return -
So I am now locked into a bet with a friend - a bet called "The Great Gay Off London 2013" Nothing better for a workout than competition and a goal.
So I got broken, I got poor and I got to the point Ive not trained prperly in 2 years and --- I got fat! So I need to rehabilitate myself to a training regime, reboot my frame and return my physique to the point its worth the world seeing. Im talking a proper transformation like ya see in those before/after pics that are flaunting some bs training regimine or suppliment.
Plan is spending the first month just rediscovering my strength levels and getting back into simply training, finding that baseline. After that its bust and grow and let the body go where it may. Then Im going to spend a month stripping it back - not a full strip but enough to see what muscle frame and proportions I have so I can figure what needs working on to get the right balance and physique. Then its build, build, build, until 12 weeks before London Pride 2013 then Im going to take those 3 months to really cut out the frame Ive built. Im not going to get massive or reclaim all I had and more in a year but I can cut myself below 10% bf and really show of what I have achieved and if i get my proportions and V-taper right then Ive got a great base on which to build again the following year.

My BMR is currently (11/09/2012) - 2220.29
I am trying to get back into a routine of several smaller meals a day every 2hrs and drinking around 4lrs divided up evenly between them. This combined with continued vitamin supplimentation.
