JOINED THE GYM ABOUT 6YRS AGO, JUST BEEN GOING THROUGH ALOT OF SELF EVALUATION STUFF AND i MADE SOME CLEAR AND FORWARD DECISIONS. i ALLWAYS WANTED THAT CALVIN CLIEN/MARKY MARK PHYSIQUE SO i JUST WALKED IN AND SIGNED UP. BEEN AWAY FOR ALONG TIME THOUGH SO i CAN ONLY REALLY SAY iVE GOT SERIOUS ABOUT ACTUALLY BUILDING MY BODY OVER THE PAST YEAR, SINCE RECOVERY FROM A BAD INJURY THAT TORE OUT MY ACL.
Why I Love It:
iF i DONT TRAIN i GET CRANKY. CANT SAY I FEEL ALL AGRESSIVE AT THE GYM BUT OUTSIDE OF IT IF I HAVENT BEEN I CAN GET SNAPPY. ITS LIL THINGS LIKE THAT THAT MAKE ME LOVE IT.
How I Stay Motivated:
Approaching 30 and only ever getting close to but not haveing had what I want outta my own physicallity. Its possible - its just trying harder.
This is me just post op. Haveing lived in a tent for a week, out of training, pissed, toxified with petrol, just met Lordi, with 2 mates and with a newly peirced nipple. In short, me at my best all bar my body which is a train wreck!
Ok - training went a lil dodgy as i moved and started uni - (Booze is a bad thing) and I lost it a bit and Ive reeped it back - the muscle mass has gone but I`m slightly more ripped than I was before and back hitting the weights with much better form and programme.
Yeah i did tell em that i competed but still i wait..
I rang the surgeons secretary and she said she will put me on the cancellations list so fingers crossed eh.

Hey misti. Hows things been going for you?
Ive dropped weight on arm exercices to use a differnt form. Was bouncing off the weight too much,so went down to improve it. I lift then hold for a second then release slowly.
hopefully getting the form right will help when i increase again.

I see the consultant on the 6th of June to see where we go from there.It is feeling a lot stronger than it was but its still not right.

I don't train chest that much anymore, I got enough mass on it, I just do high reps, I used to do alot of incline and flat, decline I'd only do for high reps for shaping, always benched heavy to get the mass, got up to 500pds 1rpm.
oh i see i go all the way down touch my chest and then explode up. i can bench press 180 pounds now so im getting stronger im 14 now and weigh 120 so getting bigger but anyways how much can you do now?
