Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:

Primary Gym:

High School:
When I Started:
1994
How I Started:
I started out only lifting on legs in track during high school. I was one of the only guys there who could squat over 300lbs, but barely bench my bodyweight (was 155lbs at the time).
Why I Love It:
To see your body change from week to week, month to month, and year to year. To see the reaction from someone's face when they havent seen you in a while and see that change. The way it makes you feel when you've accomplished a new goal or personal best. And the just the overall good feeling you get from knowing your healthy, and happy with yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching people who I aspire to look like, from helping out friends who ask me for advice, and hearing their results from the advice I offered. Being able to look in the mirror, being happy with what I see. . .but not yet satisfied. Finding motivation to continue has never really been a problem for me, and once I have that motivation. . .it's full steam ahead!
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing as of yet. I did have plans on competing this year (2007) but different factors prevented it. And the more I think about it, I start believing it's not for me. Not because I dont think I could do it, mainly because. . .I like to eat too got damn much! You aint gonna keep me away from MY pizza and bbq ribs for extended periods at a time, to hell with that! I might compete in a show one day to say I did it, but as far as trying to make it a career. . .nah. It'll have to be something I admire from a distance.

To have the body of a real life black Super Saiyan!
Goal (Long):
The plan is to cut/maintain weight until the end of 2007 and end up around 180-185 lbs. Then in 2008 I want to gain around 20-25lbs of lean mass while maintaining my same (or by some miracle lowering) bodyfat %. The overall goal is to end up in the 200-205lb range from 7-9% bodyfat, and maintain it year round while making gradual improvements throughout the years. And of course, to look like a real life black Super Saiyan! Yeah I know. . .I'm a big ass kid, lol.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

Man, how's that training in 10 times earth's gravity been treating you? Alright, in all seriousness, how is training going? I see no pic updates so I'm guessing you're hiding progress.
Hey handsome...no fetish with the medical field. In fact I am starting to hate anything to do with them (lol). 2008 is going to be a good year, I just have to get past this "minor" stuff (lol). All is well though! Now I do have a fetish with tall, dark, and handsome men ;)!
Aw, thanks for checking up. Things have been going well. I had surgery last Friday so I have to lay low for a few weeks but still trying to get in some light stuff. How are you doing?
Make plans to join us at the first annual Metroflex Strongman Classic on Saturday February 16 in Fort Worth. Go to www.metroflexgym.com for more information. Compete or just come and watch. See you there.
Great news, Brian Dobson (Owner of Metroflex Gym)in Arlington, Texas has open his schedule for 2008 to add 5 one hour training slots each week. Brian is the guy who trained 8 times Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Pro Branch Warren. Brian is offering a fee of just $50 per hour for his services. Normally for someone his level would be $100 plus per hour. Go to the next level in 2008 and learn from the legend. Check out www.metroflexgym.com about Metroflex and for Brian's contact information.
Oh so you are taking donations...man, and to think I thought you were being for real with your sweet words?!?! jk I graduated with my Master's in Education.
