How I Started:
I got started by youtube lol I use to watch ppl like jay cutler, ronnie coleman, and arnold work out and I wanted to be that big, so I started lifting weights im no longer the little guy.
Why I Love It:
I love it because if you have stress or anger you can let all your fury out on the iron and just get stronger. And it keeps me out of trouble.
How I Stay Motivated:
I continue to watch videos of bodybuilders on youtube and I set goals to reach each month
