How I Started:
I stayed back at high school for an extra year. Most of my friends left during the first half of the semester so, I decided to go to gym and work out to keep my self occupied.
Why I Love It:
It helped me quite smoking one time =). Also I feel much more alert/ energetic in class. I feel more able and willing to do things, instead of being lazy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I made my goals, keep on track. Whenever my muscles are pumped from working out and I see it in the mirror i love it. Also I definitely see and feel the progress I'm making and want to work out even more.
