I was always the "pudgy" kid growing up with not a lot of physical activity. I started playing football in high school where I was introduced to weighlifting. I didn't get serious about it until my freshman year in college when I decided to transform my body as well as getting healthy!
Why I Love It:
It gives me a since to compete with myself. Knowing how it feels to be overweight I appreciate the benefits and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I have not reached my full potential keeps me motivated. Plus seeing all of the people who are 40 and above still grinding hard in the gym lets me know that I can't let up because I have plenty of time.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to a weight of 220 with between 12-15% bodyfat. Squatting over 500 and benching over 400. That's something I would have never thought of myself 10 years ago.

To keep up my motivation to finally help me reach the peak of my condition. I want to feel comfortable and confident and the way my mind is now I will be accomplishing this in a couple more months.
