Back since I was around 15 years old I loved the way people who lifted looked, and got interested.
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
Working out keeps me balanced with a clear and right attitude. It's like taking a supplememt that gives you an overall great feeling, and a great way to relieve stress.

Working on fat reduction
There's muscle def. peeking...I can see it!
To reduce my body fat by 8% or more and regain my size 26 inch waist that got lost in layers of fat.
Goal (Long):
Right now my BF% sits at 19%, the end result is to reduce my BF to 12%, and to accomplish this by Dec 24th 2007.
I'm focused, motivated and committed to getting this done before 2007 comes to a close. I'm tired of doing this half cocked...thus the not so good results. I know that my eating/nutrition plan is key to obtaining the results I desire, because my dedication to my workout is there.
So, I'm in - 110% to doing whatever it takes to get to my finish line by Dec 24th, 2007. I beleive in me, that this is my time to do this,and do it right for once.

Cardio
Nutrition- Three Low carb intake days followed by 1 high carb intake cycle. Eating all the right stuff that fuels energy, complex carbs...oatmeal/b.rice/sweet potatoes/organic veggies
Protein - chicken/eggs...
Well, hey, ya gotta take those sudden ones, haha, or should I say it is nice to get that opportunity. welcome back. Things are ok over here, in the middle of a dust storm right now, yuck!!! I am still in the gym every day though, must hit those goals!!
