I played rugby in highschool. On my off season i started to work out. I got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush you get after a good run or a yoga session. The feeling that you can do anything. Plus what girl doesn't want to look good ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to music to get me pumped up and constantly look at pics of other peoples progress. I just want to look in the mirror and go wow, shes hot.

So I started boxing the other day and im pretty much in love with it! I hurt soo bad i can hardly move but it is the best thing to ever happen to me. I love it.. Working out has never been this fun.

No body weight exercises or anything? Biking and walking isn't bad though - good that you're keeping up with cardio. :) I looooooved boxing when I used to practice and train for it a few years back. Are you taking lessons or getting into classes?

Ohh okay, I hear ya - well who knows, if you kick your butt back into getting to the gym after working, it might just give you that second wind to keep exhaustion away for the time being. :)
