What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
As soon as I get into my workout clothes I'm ready to go.
I like to watch shows like "the last 10 pounds" and "The biggest loser" to get motivated before going to the gym.
Mentally, I put myself in a state where I say "my day isn't done till after my workout". So I push myself that extra bit in order to feel complete and accomplished.As soon as I get into my workout clothes I'm ready to go.
