Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out at 13 and was in great shape throughout highschool. The last year since I graduated I've fallen off track as I was working a job on the road, I barely had time or a place to workout and lived off junk. So i'm back ready to train again and get my body back for this summer :)

WHY I LOVE IT:

Nothing beats the feeling of walking out of the gym after a great workout! I love knowing i'm taking care of my body and I love the results!

I take as many pictures as I can, I never realized how out of shape my body became until I took a look at my pics on my computer..that was motivation enough! Also I record everything I eat and my results from each workout, seeing my progress really keeps me on track.

My biggest inspiration

So everyone has to have at least one person who inspires them, and the woman who inspires me above anyone else would be Annette Milbers. She is simply amazing and her physique inspires me everyday. I have been a huge fan of her for years and started my interest in body building because of her. Imagine my surprise when I actually found out she is from the city I live in, a Canadian town of under 100, 000! Very weird but it motivated me to see how far someone from here can make it! If I'm feeling unmotivated or lazy just looking at a picture of her helps me stay on track...

So, I've been vegetarian for 3 years now and it was by far the best decision I've made for my health..So I just thought I would share this article that states a few good reasons of considering going veg for anyone who might be interested..You can read more at goveg.com, great website and helped me out a lot when I first stopped eating meat..Maybe just something to think about..=)   For Animals

JUST DANCE!

) )So I have moved some of my cardio from the gym to my room (and no I don't mean that in a dirty way people!)..Every morning or night I've been pumping up the tunes and just..dancing..random fun dancing :) GREAT cardio and a huge stress reliever..so just thought i'd share that with you all..some benefits of dancing: -Reduces stress -Increases energy -Improves strength -increases muscle tone and coordination ALSO: Lower your risk of coronary heart disease Decrease blood pressure Help you manage your weight Strengthen the bones of your legs and hips (NOT TO MENTION IT IS FUN!)  So go take...
