My main goal was to loose weight, and it took off from there.

It's great all around - lower body fat, build muscle, lower stress, stay healthy, more energy..

From January 2007 to July 2007 I lost 60 pounds. The transformation has been amazing, and I have been drawn to the fitness world for quite some time. I'm attending some shows this year - I am thinking about competition in the future!

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Be patient and don't quit! Perseverence is key to great results.
Do you currently have a workout partner?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
They are working hard I guess...

There is no doubt that on a daily basis most of us are inundated with foods that are sure to derail anyone with a serious fitness goal. In my office the doughnuts, pastry, muffins, and other goodies are in my face at every meal. And our division is seriously "party happy." ...
