I began to like this sport because of my husband, he practices bodybuilding for almost 10 years now. I admire the discipline which is necessary to have in this sport.

Welcome to bb.com, the people here are awesome, you are going to learn so much, great starting avi!!! Be consistent with weigths, cardio, and diet and you will achieve your goal. Do you lift?? I'd say more lifting and maybe less cardio...50 min seems long. clc.
