haha I did my back workout yesterday too!!! Yep the count down begins vinny, only a day left before its 2010, I have no idea what I'm even doing for new years either lol... I don't drink and I've already started dieting for my show so dining out isn't going to cut it lol :p ! What are your new years plan mr.? Hope all is well! <3 Jill

aw I'm really glad you had a good Xmas! Now the new year is upon us and I have a feeling it's going to be a great year! Thnx for the avi comment :) I just got home from the gym as we speak lol, that's cool that you get to work out at the base though! ya it's diet time for me :) so far its not too bad though! Hey what show are you doing? I forgot you were in Oregon too! My boyfriend is competing at the Emerald this year in April and then I'm competing at the Oregon Ironman!

I went home for the Holidays which was fun, but since my family is all spit up it ended up being kind of strange! I'm glad to finely be back home where I can focus on my training more! I saw the picture of your shoulder, that looked crazy painful!!! All that bruising too, ouch!
