How I Started:
When I reached 170lbs at the age of 20 I decided to get serious about my weight issue and started hitting the gym hard! And as of April 8th, 2009 I now weight 120 pounds!
Why I Love It:
I love working out! There's nothing better than leaving the gym knowing that you pushed yourself to the limit! Knowing you're one step closer to accomplishing your goals!
How I Stay Motivated:
My past is my biggest motivation! People have always told me I couldn't lose weight (I was just naturally a bigger girl) and when the pounds started melting away they we're shocked but they continued bringing me down with statements like: "... well you'll probably just gain it back" and if I was a weaker person I would have believed them, I would have given up. But I'm not weak and to all of those people who have brought me down thank you because now when I work out your words run through my head and I think to myself: Yes! I can do this and I will!
So be strong and know that you can do it, you can accomplish your goals even you slip up, get back up and hit it hard!

This was taken on my spring break I weighed about 160 pounds at 5'2 I was almost 19yrs old.
This picture was taken a few days before my 22nd birthday and I'm finely getting the body that I want. In this picture I weighed about 127 pounds. My goal from here is to lean up and increase my upper body strength! :D yay

Goal (Long):
For the majority of my life I have always been the chubby girl, my weight fluctuated through out high school and college until I hit a horrific weight of 170 pounds at a height of 5'2 this wasn't good! It's not that I even hated working out, because I was quite active, but like they always say nutrition is 80% of how you look. So at the age of 20 with my 21st birthday arriving in a a few months I decided to kick my obesity in the BUTT! And that's just what I did hitting the gym at least 6 days a week and eating smaller meals through out the day was really the key to my weight-loss! About a year and a half later I now weight 120 lbs and can say honestly say I've never been happier or healthier. I live an extremely active life and I always make sure to get in 5-6 CLEAN meals!
I'm very pleased with my body and its progress, but know it's time to take it to the next level and drop some body fat. Bikini season is just around the corner and this is the first summer I'll be able to actually enjoy it :). As far as gaining muscle mass I intend on building up my arms a little more as well as my back and chest (My legs are already pretty thick!)

To accomplish my goals:
I will eat 5-6 CLEAN MEALS every day and drink PLENTY of water. I also know it is extremely important to get enough sleep and as well as taking vitamins & supplements. Continue to hit the gym and give each workout my all! I also want to include Cardio-Interval Training!
My motivational saying: GO BIG or GO HOME!
(for those days when you're head's not in the game, this is something that I tell myself, when you cheat... you're only cheating yourself so give it your ALL!)

Hey yeah not to far.. kinda cool huh.. the game was awesome..Dickson has been Masoli's best target. If he can make a few catches to keep drives alive, the Ducks can keep their offensive rhythm and generate more more scoring opportunities. have a great week
Dang def sounds like you have your hands full with those classes! I am hoping to get my results from my MRI but it looks like I will have to go back up to twin falls =(... just trying to do what I can and push myself in other areas until it heals! Well I hope your classes are going well and your doing good! Tty soon
I've been pretty good! Still attempting to workout whatever I can, just messed my shoulder up playing some football. Hopefully the MRI comes out positive otherwise I'll be bummed. How've you been?!
