I want to become stronger with monster endurance to RULE my roller derby league.
Goal (Long):
I have the basic skills to succeed as an all-position derby player. I need stamina and strength to push me over the top so I can be a better asset to my team. I want to be considered for a female fight league as well.
I want a hard body that is impossible to knock down. Both of these sports are very cerebral... I want to visually intimidate my opponents with huge arms, rippled abs and powerful legs. I want to look like a body builder and have the power to back it up.
My goal is cut muscles all over my body. I need to lose fat to see my newly ripped awesomeness! My goal is 40 pounds of fat loss and as much muscle as I can gain! My goal this year is 15% body fat to start.

Description: This is a montage of my league's final bout last season, September 13 '08. Our 4 teams played Tacoma's 4 teams at an exhibition bout. My team is Carnevil, purple with white shirts. I'm the only one with long black dreadlocks. :)
Quick life update- I got a new (better) job, still training hard in spite of a screwed up knee (pulled or strained stringy thing), and practicing like my life depends on it (we are playing the champions in a week- it kinda does).

Yes they have, and thanks for supporting us. My uncle described coming home from Vietnam through Sanfrancisco air port in the early 70s. He basically said it wasn't pretty. We really appreciate people who remember what we are STILL doing over here after 7 years. Take care. Tom.
Nah, used to play magic, now we play WarHammer40K, my buds and I are all addicted to the tabletop game as well as Dawn of War on computer, and we all read comics. Right now "The Living Dead" is my favorite series, the writer is a friggin genius.
Yeah, I recognized the gear in the picture, that's an awsome sport!!! Are you on an actual strength program or are you just kind of playing your workouts by ear?
Really good, can't do any upper body work exept for dips and Isolation stuff, so I'm doing a crap load of cardio. Started doing the rower, and that really kicks your butt. Getting another shot on the 28th, and hopefully all is better after that. Kick faces not butt, they stay down longer.
Wow...just saw your before pic...you are on a mission for sure!! Keep at it and focus on lifting heavy ass weight up to 8 reps max. If you can do more than 8 reps go higher in weight...it'll get you lean and strong.
