free weights workout 14th January 2007

Why I like this video: workout video for 13th january I've filmed one set of each workout (I also did pullups but did not film them) deadlifts - 12 reps of 55kg (121lbs) db bench press - 12 reps of 10kg (22lbs) bent over rows - 12 reps 0f 40kg (88lbs)
