210-220lbs lbs ???
I just uneathed this holiday pic. I had lost some weight in the few weeks prior (all diet no exercise) but I didn't keep it off. In fact, I gained some!

just a random pic I took of myself. I'm 187lbs. Unfortuanly I lost some lean mass as well as fat last month, (skipping meals, FTL!) so I need to make sure my nutrition on point from now on.

230 lbs or so
I was my absolute heaviest then, size 22 in extra wide leg trousers. I think the pic really brought it home to me. See how much bigger I look than everyone else in the pic?

This was about a month into diet and exercise. My largest clothes, were beginning to fit a little loose. My energy was beginning to pick up too. I took these pics for comparison but I was too embarrased to show them :(

I don't know how much I weigh at the moment - I haven't stepped on the scale in over a month, lol! So I'm hoping it's 210lbs or less.
edited to add, it turns out I'm 196lbs!
