I was googling some stuff and found and off-topic discussion in the bb.com forums. So I lurked on that thread.
it was around the time I was thinking of going back to the gym and losing just a few lbs. Seeing people working on the bodies I never dreamed of having made me intersted in BBing.
It was only when I saw other people's profiles that I dared to think about how I REALLY wanted to look.
Why I Love It:
It's something that I can depend on myself to do. I was never particularly intersted in sport but weighligting and more recently, running, is something I CAN do!
How I Stay Motivated:
I've set my long term goals; so now I concentrate on getting each day's diet and excercise right.
I look out for small changes e.g. moving down a belt notch, looser clothes, more energy.
Now that I've been in this for a few months, I'm thinking more and more about how I want to look by mid-2008. Knowing that it's attainable if I work hard reall gives me a buzz.
BB Accomplishments:
nothing major so far, lol! I've lost about ~40lbs fat and that figure will get a lot higher!

I just uneathed this holiday pic. I had lost some weight in the few weeks prior (all diet no exercise) but I didn't keep it off. In fact, I gained some!
just a random pic I took of myself. I'm 187lbs. Unfortuanly I lost some lean mass as well as fat last month, (skipping meals, FTL!) so I need to make sure my nutrition on point from now on.
my long term goal is to be 120-125lbs at about 18-20% BF.
I've never been happy with my shpe. my BF has always bene higth regardslless, of lisfestyle or whether I've been fat or slim. I want all that to change - permanently!
