I like to do most anything that is physical fitness related. Tore my achilles (half of it off the heel bone) I can't run or jump yet :(
Ilike to lift a different body part each day. Right now I'm lifting heavy - keeping my reps low. For the next 12 weeks, I will swtich it up every two weeks and throw something new at my body.
I do 60min of cardio at 4:15am 5 days a week. HIIT cardio 3-4 days a week after I lift.
