How I Started:
Just got bored with everything as they were. I want to do a major change on my life. Turn everything Upside down.
Why I Love It:
I see the results of my own actions. I can see and show that there is great amount of hope in lifes all around me. Nothing is forever, everything can be changed.
No-one will do it for you, but you can change allmost EVERYTHING.

Whole lotta work to do, but not fully hopeless situation :)
This is after 1 month of training. Not huge progress yet. - 1stone and fat% down nearly 2%.

Well that is my basic Idea. I want to see myself better shape and nicer body form by I hit age 35 (4 good years to go and I do not cry if I see some good results sooner)
Diet is the hardest part for me. My relationship with food has allways been very twisted. From Anorexia to BED. This is the area I need most support. I will learn how to manage balanced healthy relationship with food.
Training is the funniest part. Year aga I started running. And I have gone from 1 mile Im-gonna-die running experience to 10 miles feels-so-easy runs sofar.
Im also a bit of a cheater. Im gonna get some help from Plastic Surgeon to achieve the body Im want to get. Im heading up to Breast Reduction. Im aiming to go from 34F to 34C. After that traning will be easiner. And most hopefully my ongoing headaches will be history.
