All my life, I've been slightly over weight. Thank Goodness I carried my weight well, but still. I want to lose whatever fat that my body does not need. I have always been crazy about it since I can remember and I finally decided to do something about it. My Legs were Swelling up with some much weight that I was putting on. I was at 205 Pounds. I Now weigh 185 and still Going down. It is so funny because when I look at myself, I feel like I realy don't look bad, but I know I can do without the fat. I've put my body through some much abuse by eating wrong that now it is time to treat it how it deserves to be treated.
Why I Love It:
I love Working out for the feeling of accomplishment afterwards. My body aches but at the same time I feel it Thanking Me. I feel invincible after the Gym. I want a Toned, Muscular Body. I want to Feel Strong, I'd like to know I can kick any girl's ass, LOL. Seriously though this is mostly for me. I want my Body to last me a long time =)
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how healthy my body will be afterwards. You only have one body and you need to treat it well so that in return in can last you to it's maximum age. I intend to die Old and not of bad health.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm still working on it, LOL. One of the biggest things that I have yet to accomplish is the changing of my eating habits. I'm getting better, but I need to stop eating out as much. I've lessened the amount of bad food, but I still need to discipline myself some more.

This was in October of '06....I had stopped going to the Gym for Personal reasons :0( but luckily I didn't gain all the weight back that I had lost. I was about 195 in this Picture. I had been when I first started 205. Now I am 185.
How's my Progress? Any Suggestions? I still feel I look a little chunky....I have some more to go.
To Lose Forty Pounds over all. I don't look Like I need to lose that Much. I look Awesomely Good just Thirty pounds Less. I want to stay with my Curves. Definately not something I want to Lose. My Body is my Powerhouse so I need to give it as much Nutrients and keep Maintained as Well as Possible!
I always try to do weights and the Cardio since they say that it works better at burning the fat reserves you have so that when you do Cardio, it starts to burn away at the fat immediately.
I usually make it so that I try to work out different muscles everyday so my muscles don't...
I think you are are coming along really well. I think you look beatiful.
Just keep working hard at you body and you will be very please with your end results.

Hi SInDee it has bee a litle while .. from, your new pics it looks you you are making very nice progress yourself ... looking forward to seeing your new full shots ... you don't look like the same person wow what a difference .. me I am trying to make sure I do not re-injure my shoulder and just be able to keep making good gains have a great day :-) I will be watching for new pics ;-)
that is great news about the loss of another 5 pounds excellent work... I also need to get my eating under control. once I do then I should see quicker results
