I still have about 5 lbs. of fat I want to lose & I'd like to gain more leqan muscle! I'm still tweaking my food intake to the right balance- but overall I'm a super healthy eater and have been for the past year or so!

Still looking mooshy but I've cut out fast food, soda, & alcohol for the past two months. Plus, I've been training 4-6 days a week and I feel awesome!

I took 1st place at the 2009 NPC USA's in Vegas, bikini class A! In 3 months I transformed my mind, body, n' soul... went from 23% bodyfat to 8%, competed in a total of 3 NPC bodybuilding cmpetitions, had my first photo publication in NPC news magazine, & earned my IFBB Pro card! It's incredible & now I believe anything is possible! ;)
