Why I Like This Video: I've recently incorporated different variations of wide-grip pull-ups into my training to add a little more width to my back. I think it's fun to challenge myself with the pull-ups. Right now I'm am at the point where I can do 8-10 wide-grip pull-ups in a set, (depending on my hand postition) for 3 sets. My goal is to be able to do 3 sets of 15 by the end of January. I am also working towards being able to do weighted pullups! WHOOP! It's important to always be challenging yourself! GET SOME!!
