After gaining so much weight after having my daughter 2 1/2 years ago, I dropped 70lbs. Over the last year I have put 20 back on. I have started going back to the gym and now I am addicted. I love the feeling I get after a good workout. I finally quit smoking, so I can give 100%.
Why I Love It:
I feel great afterwards knowing how hard I worked, and how much it helped contribute to my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pretty easy, I see improvements and I keep wanting more!

So um yeah. Thats pretty gross. Thats me before I started at about 185lbs.

Yesterday wasnt so bad. I never did get "hungry". Don't get me wrong the cheeseburger my boss was eating smelled like heaven. But it was ok. I made it through. I need to figure out a new source for fiber, I cant put flax seeds in my shakes, it grosses me out. Maybe...
Congrats on quitting that nasty habit. Being fit and smoking definitely don't go hand in hand. Keep up the good work, you and your child will both benefit from it. Good luck!
