How I Started:
I joined a gym with my mom when I was 15 and worked out in conjunction with playing soccer. I just loved working out and it became like an addiction.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel healthy, it helps achieve the body I desire to have, I like networking and meeting people who have the same enthusiasm at the gym, I love the energy a gym provides,I like that working out relieves stress, and I also like that it allows me to have "me" time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I 'just do it'. There are of course days when I am less motivated - but working out is part of my life and its in my daily schedule of 'must do' things.

Goal (Long):
Basically, my goal is to lean out and tone up. I would like to see drastic changes within 4 months. To do this I am eating clean the majority of the time and sticking to a weight training routine which I will rotate every 3 weeks or so in order to change things up.
