I was obese and worked my ass (literally) off to get the bod I have today. I love the fact that I have the power to change whatever I want about my body!
Why I Love It:
Its thrilling what happens when you get a good workout in! I feel awesome and I love the results....
How I Stay Motivated:
Every once in a while, I look at other females...especially in the wrestling industry and go..okay girl, lets get it in gear!
I both hate and love my weeks off. This week, instead of weight training, I'll just hit the cardio extra-hard. The first two days are great, but by Wednesday I'll be watching my clients pump iron with envy.
Hopefully by next week I can ease back into back and chest, since I am nursing...
My time is limited, so I only have three days of lifting a week. This routine is changed every 6 weeks. Currently, I'm focusing on shoulders, hitting them on every workout. In a month, I will switch to glutes and will cycle through all the body parts I want to maximize. Otherwise, I'm doing...
Hi Miss Laura - I just read your bio. Congrats on the great progress you'v made. You have a very nice overall physique - not BB yet - but just keep working hard and you'll get there. Pretty face and smile too. If possible consider posting some flexing poses - just a thought. good luck to you!
