I got elbowed while I was playing a game of basketball with some of my friends... Ouch... Just remembering how it happened hurts... No, no worries, it hasn't affected my workouts. But everybody ask about my eye. The look on their face is priceless. All in all; it's awesome. Till next time...

Took up yoga to work on my fleibility issues, Feels good to stretch in ways I never thought imaginable. So far its been too painful to enjoy all the tight yoga outfits, but Im getting there. =)

Presently working in the desert. The long hours keep the training to short but heavy. Actually it has proved to be a pretty good way for me to gain some size but still stay lean.

if you let yourself down... you can pick yourself back up. i don't know what meds you're talking about... but i hope it WILL do you good. if not, and if you don't really have to take them... then just keep it clean and hit it hard at the gym! you can do it char! i'm rooting for ya!!!

You're very welcome. Just remember that progress doesn't happen overnight. We don't put on 5-10 lbs overnight, and it doesn't come off that quickly (I wish it did!). Have a great weekend. :)
