Hey Josh, I was watching one of your nutrition videos on carb cycling. Would you recommend that for a women? I really want to lean and tone, so Im curious of this would be a way to do it.

Thanks you so much!!! I REALLY needed to hear that. I somehow convinced myself that I can balance "crap" in my life and thats its okay to give into cravings, but that clearly has not worked out for me. I really want to meat my fitness goals, so I'm going to cut the crap!!!! LOL =) THANKS!

No I have not completely eliminated all processed and "junk food." I know I need to! I eat very healthy during the week, but I somehow convinced myself that I need to have a cheat day which always seems to turn into a cheat weekend...and its all bad! LOL. Do you give yourself "cheat meals?" I hear body builders always talking about them, but its not working fore me. How do you deal with cravings?
