How I Started:
I started working out when I was about 19 years old, but over the past few years I have become pretty serious.
Why I Love It:
Working out make me feel good about myself. I love it!

Goal (Long):
I have worked out for the past 7 years, but I really don't feel like I have made much progress. I have had two trainers which taught me a lot about weight lifting, but it hasn't been enough to bring me to my fitness goals. What I have come to realize/learn is that diet plays a HUGE, if not a majority of overall fitness. This has been one aspect of my life that is constantly wavering. I have been a vegetarian for most of my life, mainly because meat just grosses me out, so my protein intake has always been minimal. As a result, I found myself eating pretty healthy, but a lack of balance between fats, carbs and protein. When I began dieting, this really hurt me because it caused me to binge (I also have a sweet tooth!). Over the past few years I have become the epitome of a yoyo dieter. So now I am focused on eating clean and eating a well balance diet.
Very honest and focused goals that you are setting! Your gonna achieve all your goals, just remember work ethic and honesty to yourself!

I am currently on a seafood diet.. i see food and i eat it, LOL :) excuse my french but i eat like total ****.. ha, ha. I have never been able to consistantly eat clean :( But i'd be happy to give you some pointer :) PM me what your diet is like now aNd we will go from there.. i'll do my best to help :)
