My motivation? Showing myself that I can do something I never thought was possible.
Growing up, I was always the 'scrony' one. Shy, frail, and little was expected of me.
Flexibility? I had that.
Speed? That too.
But strength? Never.
I always had to move aside for someone bigger to do the job. Then I found strength inside, started training in small steps. Surpassed my home gym and moved on to bigger and better at 'worlds gym'. and started to see good progress, but it still wasn't what I craved.
Soon, I heard about crossfit through a friends father.. He had cancer, crossfit trained every day. His determination was unreal - I had to see what he was up to.
