How I Started:
I was active my whole life playing every and any sport available growing up, but once I graduated high school, and didn't play sports anymore on a team, I found it hard to motivate myself and stick to exercising on my own. I spent too many years eating really unhealthy, gaining/losing weight, and working out incorrectly. I finally decided I couldn't live the kind of lifestyle I was living and promised to make a permanent change with the help of a new trainer.
Why I Love It:
There's nothing better than waking up at 4:30am when everyone else is sleeping and heading to the gym to get in a good workout before going to work to sit at a desk for 8 hours. Lifting weights and pushing myself to the max gives me a sense of empowerment like nothing else.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking back to how unhealthy I was and how bad it made me feel about myself. I don't want to go back to my old habits they made me miserable. I have an awesome trainer and have met some pretty amazing people along the way that help remind me why I work so hard to achieve the results I want.
BB Accomplishments:
Stopping emotional eating. Eating to live, not living to eat. Food no longer controls my life. I now eat to fuel my body and stay healthy.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose fat and gain lots of lean muscle. I want my abs to be defined, upper body slim and toned, and thick legs and butt :) I've neglected my abs for too long, never again! I want to keep on eating clean and not go back to old bad eating habits. No more stuffing my face late at night and going to sleep feeling like I just ate Thanksgiving dinner. I will now only take out my frustrations at the gym through lifting-not food. I want to make my current healthy eating habits and exercise routine a permanent part of my life. I never want to stop going hard!
Her bodyspace page is a constant source of motivation for me! By reading her page and looking at her consistent progress pics you can tell that she's a strong and beautiful woman on the inside and outside. I love how she maintains a lean, muscular physique and still holds on to her amazing curves. Her enthusiasm toward working out and pushing herself to the max is an inspiration to all who comes across her page. She's definitely hardcore and one of the best in my eyes!
