Hey you! Sorry! I cant access Bb.com at work anymore and life has been hectic otherwise so I dont have much time for the web at night. Working full time, night school AND training is keeping me fackin busy, lol. But things are good. Holy crap.. you are huge! Nice work :D

Hey hun! I havnt been on here too much lately since I cant go on at work anymore :( But Im doing PFB, starting week 2 tomorrow.Doin awesome! Down a couple pounds. I've added 30-40 min cardio to the mix whichis helping melt some more bf.

Oh poo! Are you getting sick? Last couple days I've had the flu (i think anyways). Starting to feel a bit better today... Be sure to rest if your getting sick :)

Heyhey! I was doing great, doing lotsa cardio on top of the weights but I think im getting sick :( I rarely do so hopefully I can just fight it off quickly. Im going to skip the gym today.

Well you gotta cheat occasionally :) You must be light headed off only 50 c's today! I've totally noticed a difference in my mid section. Thighs still havnt slimmed down which is so frusterating, but I think thats the last place I lose inches. Im seeing a nutritionist tomorrow just to get some pointers for what foods work best for me, protein amounts, etc.
