How I Started:
I've worked with trainers on and off over the past 6 years. I've always worked out, but had never disciplined myself to clean eating until now! I stumbled accross this website and now Im addicted! Even better, I hooked up with SteveP78 and have started his Extreme Fat Destruction Plan (www.fitnesspoynters.com) which I am lovin and so excited to see results!
Why I Love It:
Love the way I feel during/after a great workout. I cant wait to see the constant changes and be able to see my hard work and dedication!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my own results. Clothes start fitting better. Checking out other profiles and transformations is also great motivation!

doing great! Re-starting the EFD program today, seem to be fully recovered from whatever I had and I am ready to put 100% back into it!! Glad to hear you are doing good as well!
Hey Hey! I'm starting PFB today again! So, I'm 1 week behind you :) I'm doing pretty good, sooo happy to be back on the boat after I had like a 1 week binge. But no weight gained and ready to rock the PFB again. I'm going to add extra cardio too. Feelin' sore?
Hey! I was sick for lik3 days but I nipped that ish in the butt REAL quick. Little congested still, but I feel great! I'm doing week 4 this week, and then... I decided I'm doing the PFB AGAIN. :) I been talking with Mr. P and I should have great results again, I neeeed to break into the 120's. How are you?!
Heyy! Ahh my legs are SO sore! Since I'm not sure what I'm going to do after this.. I am doing week 3 again, and it's still kickin! I just increased the cardio by 1 min on each sesh. I'm thinking about doing it again. how are you doing?
i'm not really following a set plan at the moment. i signed up to a new gym and got 10 sessions with a trainer. i meet with him once a week and he texts me the day's workout in the morning. so i'm just giving that a shot for now. on my own, i'm trying to get my cardio slowly back up to what it was. when i was in iraq, i was running 10mi a day 2x per week and plenty of short runs during the week too. then i hurt my ankle... ready to get back at it

Hey sorry I took so long to get back to you, I havent been on here for a while. You can buy Inside Fitness at Chapters, 7-11, Shoppers Drug Mart and most major grocery stores :)
My abs and hamstrings are killing me! Haha... My biggest difficulty so far is I'm already getting sick of what I'm eating! haha. I basically choked down all my meals today! My other difficulty is I get off work at 11 and I'm really hungry at that time and a protein shake doesnt sound appealing.... I'm hangin in there tho. Thanks for keeping in touch it helps a TON!!!
